Hi,
Thank you for using CusRev.
That means products of the order do not pass the condition to send the reminder that you set in the plugin settings such as product categories, user role …
You can find the setting in Reviews > Settings > Review Reminder.
Hi,

Hi,
Thanks for the additional information.
Please try to change the order status to Processing or Completed, create new testing order, and send the reminder again.
Hi,
The order has the same satus as all other ones which have sent out a reminder successfully.
Please advise something else?
Regards
Hi,
Can you please provide some screenshots of those orders (full screen)?

Please see the image within the wetrasnfer
This is an order which has the error when you press send reminder
Hi,
The settings look ok, I do not think there is an error when our plugin creates a cron to schedule the review reminder.
If there is an error like that, the note “CR: a review reminder was successfully scheduled for (date)” will not be created.
Please try to create a new testing order with the same product “Royal Rest Pillow” and check if there is still the same error.
Hi,
It’s not working still, I have made sure enable product review is ticked in product but still not working.
It’s also happening to other products too, any future orders which have that product then it doesn’t let you send out a review request..
I can give you login to the site to investigate further as this is obviously an error.
Also,
It used to work on their old site so i have made the rollback to that version and it still doesnt work
The settings are the same
The theme is the same
I have done a plugin conflict and still not working
The sever space is the same
Hi,
Please try to deactivate ALL plugins except CusRev and WooCommerce enabled, and switch to the default theme of WooCommerce, Storefront, then try sending a review reminder again. It is possible that a plugin or a block of code in your theme changes the product property.
Refer to this solution https://help.cusrev.com/support/solutions/articles/43000611175-troubleshooting-plugins-and-themes
Hiya,
I have tried that and it still doesnt work?

Hi,
This is a very weird issue. Could you please take a screen record on your site? When the error appears after all plugins are deactivated (except CusRev and WooCommerce), switch to the default theme, create a new order and send the reminder manually.
Thanks for your co-operation.
Hi,
It is weird and needs fixing.
Thing is it doesn’t happen with all products only some. Please can you help? Look into the code or our site to try to find the reason?
Regards
Hi,
Sharing the site info to the public forum is very dangerous and is not encouraged. Can you please share a screen record when you follow the steps above?
Hi,
I wouldn’t the info on here, i’m not that silly.
The issue happens still. Its not all about new orders it needs to be fixed for old orders too.
Please help
