Ok, I had this one weird bug. For some reason, ONE order had no shipping or billing details in the Admin interface but the email confirmations had the details. Has anyone seen this kind of behaviour before and what could cause it?

Is it possible to send a screenshot of the order? (make sure not to send personally identifying info)

It is possible this is due to a conflict with another plugin, more details on our documentation site – https://docs.woocommerce.com/document/how-to-test-for-conflicts/
