Order details are blank in WooCommerce -> Order page

I am having a problem on my WooCommerce -> Orders page where the rows for the order table are there, but there is no content in any of the rows. Here, for example, is the HTML output for one of the rows in the order table:

You will notice that all of the table cells except the check-column is emtpy.

I have tried deactivating all plugins (except WooCommerce, of course), and I have switched to the Storefront theme instead of the custom theme we are building, and neither of these things has made a difference. I can see the orders in the database, and they appear to be normal. Here are all the rows from the wp_posts table of test orders we have performed:

Hey there,

Thanks for all of that information!

This kind of thing is usually caused by either a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.

The best way to determine if the issue is being caused by a theme and/or plugin is to temporarily switch your theme to Storefront and disable all plugins except for WooCommerce. If you can install plugins, install Health Check. On the troubleshooting tab, you can click the button to disable all plugins and change the theme for you while you’re logged in to that session without affecting normal visitors to your site. Note that Health Check may not count Storefront as a default theme, so you can also use Twenty Seventeen as well.

If that resolves the issue, then one-by-one you can switch back your theme and re-enable your plugins, testing in between, until you find the one causing the conflict.

Thanks for the feedback Hannah,

As I mentioned in my original post the problem persists even when I have all plugins except WooCommerce disabled, and I am using the Storefront theme. I have just re-confirmed this fact. It surprises me too, but it is true: I have only WooCommerce and Storefront running, and the orders are still not appearing.

Aha! I re-installed WordPress and that fixed it. I must have been hacking at core files while troubleshooting something.

I am having the same problem wherein the order details changes to Order – August 11, 2017 @ 05:00 PM and also when I checked it in my product name, the Physical Gift card changes automatically to Order – August 11, 2017 @ 05:00 PM . I really don’t know what trigger it to changed. I already tried disabling other plugins but same error.

@ralbatross what version of wordpress you are using? I am already running the latest version of wordpress 5.0.2 and woocommerce latest version 3.5.2.

Please advise.
