order date not showing the csv file

I have purchased the add-on plugin and I still don’t get the order date in the csv file. The order date field is showing in the top row but not in the data for each order. I added the code you offered in an earlier thread on the topic into my function.php file but that has not helped. could the code I put into the php file be conflicting with the add-on?
