# Order created without payment

 * Hello,
 * When I go to the checkout and then the payment, and I shut down the windows without
   paying, it creates an order. Although it is not paid and then completed.
 * Does anyone know how to solve this?

 * Just to clarify, does your store create an order when you add products to cart,
   go to checkout and leave (without hitting Place Order button)?
 * When you look at the order from the back-end, what order status does it show?

 * Thanks for replying.
 * It creates an order, when I click at the button place the order and go to payment.
   So it creates an order, before I enter the payment details and complete the payment.

 * Could you please share your current System Status Report?
 * You can get it by navigating to the `WooCommerce / Status` section of your site.
   Once there, click on the `Get system report` button and then copy it by clicking
   on the `Copy for support` button. Then paste it here in a comment.

   this way, removing any personal information on the screenshot before sharing.
