Order Confirmation not sending to customer AND can not change order status (1 post)

    I just launched a site live and stupidly didn't test the order statuses before hand. So I now have a live site that is accepting and processing orders via authorize.net plugin (http://codecanyon.net/item/authorizenet-credit-card-gateway-for-woocommerce/1336994)

    The payments are getting taken from the card and the order shows up in the system and I (the admin) gets an email letting me know, but the customer does not get a confirmation email. HOWEVER, when I go in to the order I can choose "Send Invoice" and the client receives that email.

    The second problem is that when I go in to my orders to change the status, I cant do it. I have tried both from the main orders list and in the orders detail. When in the order detail screen, the drop down that should list all statuses just has "pending" on it. In the order overview screen I can select the check box and check "Mark Order Complete" and click apply but nothing happens.
