# Order Complete Email – No Code

 * We have the free version install and we get the email after the order is completed
   but it does not have the Gift Cards code underneath its name. We are using the
   default WooCommerce email template for order complete as well.

 * I just figured out how to get the code. The user will receive the coupon code
   once the Order is set as Completed in your WordPress dashboard.

 * I read that in the instructions they gave but we still do not get the code sent
   even after the order is marked complete.

    we confirm that the code is shown on the ‘completed order’ email sent to
   the customer, under the product description.
