Order cancelled but payment passed on stripe

    Hi,

    There are several order that are cancelled but payment on stripe are passed. I’ve an option about changing order to cancel status when no payment is achieved until one hour after beginning to order.
    Is it a problem to keep this option active ?

    Howdy,

    I’ve an option about changing order to cancel status when no payment is achieved until one hour after beginning to order.
    Is it a problem to keep this option active ?

    Maybe it is just a matter of the time frame. I would try and double the window to 2 hours (unless that renders the option useless in your case) and see if that works better for me.
