    Hi Stephen,

    Currently Jigoshop does not have that kind of features, to achieve that a specific plugin should be required but you can ask about custom development at sales@jigoshop.com
    If I understand you well you need some additional settings in Jigoshop admin panel to show products with same SKU in the cart if added.

    Hi and thanks for the quick response.

    I think my main objective is to create a picking ticked for the orders and need to keep it simple, so SKU seemed like the best way.

    So if you have a work around for a simple product order to go to an email for the order then I would be keen to know.
