Order by not working correctly

    In the advanced settings of data publisher the order by option (2,asc) does not seem to work for a date data type.

    Hi Joe,

    Please try: 2,asc (without the parenthesis)

    That is how I have it. Another observation, if I click on the ordering button at the top of the field next to the label it does not do a complete sort. e.g. I have dates like October 9 2021 and October 20 2021, it might display the 20th before the 9th. It sorts the month correctly but does not go deep enough to do a complete sort.

    Hi Joe,

    It looks like the default order by is now working? Right?

    But we still need to fix the order by on the date column. This might be a formatting issue. Is the data coming from a view? If this is a view, can you check the data type of this column? If this is not a view, can you please change the date format, just to check if that solves the issue?

    As long as the default sort works I don’t need the order by on the date col. Thanks for your help. I love this plugin.
