    I recently had an order status auto change from Pending Payment to On Hold. And the stock was reduced twice. For the life of me I can’t figure out what would have caused this or how it could happen. Any ideas?

    What payment method was used for the order? Can you send a screenshot of the order notes on the order? You can use a service like http://snag.gy to send them.

    payment method was Email Money Transfer

    the screen shot would have been too long because it was a larger order, her is the output, edited for privacy. The issue seems to have happened at October 24, 2018 at 9:53 when “Order status changed from Pending Payment to On Hold.” without any input from admin accounts.

    hi @gnarlyinc,

    Is this the payment gateway plugin? https://wordpress.org/plugins/woocommerce-email-money-transfer-gateway/. Is this a behavior you’re able to replicate? If so, I’d check the plugin’s settings to see if you can enable debug logging, make a test purchase, then check the error logs at WC > Status > Logs to see if there’s any errors there.

    I’s also check in with the plugin’s support/dev team to see if they have any recommendations for troubleshooting this.
