  • Hello Tomi,

    Used the last version of your plugin and also tried your new rc for 3.0 but result is the same after ugrading to WC 3.0.

    On my page https://www.batbike.se I use your plugin for analytics and facebook. Everything is working after the update except for that the order amount is 0 after purchase. The conversion is picked up by google analytics as well as items ordered. Just the order amount is 0.

    Before 3.0 all worked flawlessly.

    I checked your website but I can not make a purchase without actually paying it.
    Do you have a sandbox environment where cash on delivery can be activated for me?

    In my tests WooCommerce 3.0.x ans Storefront were working perfectly.

    Hello, yeah I see.

    Today 2 out of 4 purchases worked. Cant find the reason why those two worked.

    Thinking of swedish letters could cause the problem. Or how many items ordered is affecting it. But not finding any good reason.

    Did you manage to resolve this issue? We are seeing the same issue http://stromsnesgull.no We are not finding a good reason either. Tried checking for the Norwegian spesial letters, however, the problem appears regardless for that.

    Some more fix has been added to the plugin that has not been released yet, try this please:

    https://raw.githubusercontent.com/duracelltomi/gtm4wp/master/integration/woocommerce.php

    You only need to replace this one file and test it.

    If you download the file on the above link, you will get a file called woocommerce.php

    You will find this file on your hosting in the wp-content/plugins/duracelltomi-google-tag-manager/integration directory.

    Rename the existing woocommerce.php to woocommerce-x.php and upload the new file to the same directory.

    Since I do not see the exact reason on your website that prevents the order value from being tracked, I van not guarantee that the next plugin update will solve your issue.

    If you could share the URL of your website with me, I could have a look at it.

    You are using Klarna for payment which alters the checkout page completely. I was able to discuss them about this issue couple of month ago as many Nordic countries complained about this and finally we found a solution.

    Now I that WooCommerce 3.0 came out, it seems to me that maybe some additional adjustment has to be made. But I am pretty sure that your issue is related to Klarna.

    Are you sure that the Klarna plugin has been fully updated to support Woo 3.0?
