Support » Plugin: WooCommerce » Order Accepted, Payment Completed – Cart not clearing?

  • I’m having an issue where I complete an order via the PayPal standard. The order goes to ‘processing’ and the payment says it was completed. When I click to return from PayPal, I see the Order Received page and everything appears to be fine. The order is complete.

    Except the cart does not clear. Whatever I just purchased, is still in my cart even though the entire order was processed.

    Can anyone give me some tips on what might be wrong here? Everything under System Status -> IPN says it is working and my paypal.txt log file shows completion.

    Any ideas?

  • I’m having this same problem! Anyone out there have any ideas how to make sure that the cart clears after a successfully completed order?
