 * Thank for this great plugin. Question: is it possible to import the menu_order?
   While importing pages, they are always alphabetically ordered.
 * Would be a great feature to control menu order with this plugin as well!
 * Or do I miss something?

 * The current version dont have this option. But it is in next release version 
   pipeline. Hope we will have the release by next week.
