 * the “or” in the cart page is not being translated into german, I also have not
   found a hook to hook into, to change it.
 * Is there an easy way to change the output text without installing Loco Translate?

 * If you’re against using a translation plugin then you could just modify the template
   by copying it to your theme.
 * Template location:
 * `templates/cart/payment-methods.php`.
 * It works the same as WooCommerce template modification. You would create a directory
   in your active theme called **`pymntpl-paypal-woocommerce`** and then copy the
   template file to `**pymntpl-paypal-woocommerce**cart/cart/payment-methods.php`

 * I would not recommend you try and modify ever string used by the PayPal plugin
   this way. Plugins like Locotranslate exist because they make translating very
   simply.

   I would recommend using this file if you don’t want to translate yourself.
