I have tried uploading the options-permalink.php file, tried the default theme and deactivating the plugins and I still get a 404 page when I try to go to the Permalinks Settings page from the admin panel.
I am gettint 500 Internal Server Errors off any secondary pages on the site. I have traced this to w3 Total Cache. However, deactivating it doesn’t fix any of my other issues.
Even after all of this, I am still having the same problem. None of the plugins will upgrade and neither will WordPress and I am still getting 404 errors when I try to go to options-permalink.php from the WordPress dashboard.
