options-permalink.php blank – won’t load at all

Ok, I’ve had this issue since version 2.7, and I believe it’s due to the server’s settings, but not sure which setting or module (or lack of) is causing this.

When I go to wp-admin/options-permalink.php I don’t get anything on that page loaded aside from the header.

If I turn off all the plugins, I get the header + navigation menu loaded, but still no content.

Again, I think it’s due to some modules in Apache not being compiled properly or missing, or php.ini settings or something… but I don’t even know where to look for (what to look for) in the first place.

Any ideas?
