I thought it was a free plug-in? Very disappointed, it sounded almost too good to be true..
Obviously there is a disconnect here between what is free and what is not. Did you pay to receive the plugin? The plugin is free. I'm not going to get into the reasons why I had to shift to a model of paid premium support, but most people have no idea the amount of time that goes into building, maintaining, and supporting a plugin. By the way, the support site is very clear on the cost and what that includes - it does not hide that until the end of the registration process as you implied.
There is a big difference between a question like this which is clearly some type of an error vs something that is either a customization request, information that is clearly covered in the documentation, or general support.
Now that I have chastised you, this particular error is something that I would like to get to the bottom of but it is not an error that I have been able to reproduce. So I am willing to take a look and see what the issue is. You can contact me through the contact form on the support site. Indicate who you are and note this discussion so that I know what it's for. You'll need to provide me access to your install so I can see what is occurring.
