Options page does not display completely

    This has happened for me before. The options page does not display anything after the first two cells of the first row of image options. I have tracked he problem down to the @imagettftext lines in the image_placeholder_for_image_size method. It seems that these calls fail catastrophically. I comment these line out and things work (placeholders contain no text).

    I have defined image sizes up to 1920x800px, but this has also happened when max image sizes were 1200x600px.

    I suspect the arial.ttf font is the issue, but have not done any further diagnosing.

    Hi, can you check if the placeholder folder in uploads has permissions ? Did you change anything else in the plugin code? Also, can you send a print screen with the settings you made.
