 * I am so glad I found this plugin, it is really useful, thank you guys!
 * I am having problems with some .js files (Gravity Forms). I tried to disable 
   MMR options, but no matter which boxes I check/uncheck for the js options inside
   the backend, MMR still modifies the js files. Is it possible to exlude specific
   js files?

 * If you expand the log you will see the path to the included javascript files.
   Copy that path into the ignore field and that should do it.
