    Logged in this evening to create a new bundle for father’s day – we’ve used the plugin successfully for mother’s day and Easter this year – and no matter what I do to the plugin options, nothing at all shows on the front end.

    All I get is the standard number and add to cart button (or google/apple pay when they’re enabled). What should happen is three flavour choice dropdowns before the add to cart button.

    I’ve tried:
    – purging website cache
    – clearing browser cache on all the browsers I’ve tried
    – deactivating and reactivating plugins one by one
    – display rules with tags
    – adding a specific tag
    – using a tag that worked before for a bundle to show options using this plugin
    – display rules with categories
    – display rules with the product itself
    – duplicating the product options which worked before (didn’t work)
    – going back to default and trying to make that show with anything at all, not even necessarily the options we actually want showing – that didn’t work
    – disabling google pay and apple pay
    – putting the product on sale (because we want to restrict coupon use on bundles)
    – taking the product off sale (because by this point I am just desperate for it to somehow show the options)
    – making the product live in case there was an issue showing it on draft
    – trying an older product which was working before (it’s not now showing any options)
    – starting from scratch and re-typing all the options in the dropdown instead of duplicating a previous set of options – this didn’t work either
    – Chrome, Firefox and mobile Chrome browsers

    Nothing works, but as far as I’m aware, nothing has changed since we put the Easter bundle up in March.

    Am at a total loss as to what to try next, because it worked absolutely fine on my first try with the last two bundles we listed, so I can’t understand what has changed and why it won’t work.

    My team are stressed, as what should have been a ten minute job so we could get a sales email out tomorrow has so far taken me almost three hours and is still not working.

    Please, please could you help me figure out what’s wrong? We really need this product up in the next 24 hours and it worked so well before we were going to upgrade to the paid version of the plugin – now I am very wary of doing that!

    Theme is Divi, the theme, all plugins including WooCommerce, and WordPress are all up to date. The log is not showing anything obvious but I’m not very techie.
