    Hello,
    When customers order something on site everything is going wel including the payments.

    However when we are receiving the woocommerce confirmation mail from the customer we are missing some of the choosen options.

    In the past this was never an issue. Unfortunately now we have to contact the customer for the missing options.
    We have checked al options of the metagroups and saved them again but unfortunately the problem still excists.

    It would be very nice if this problem could be fixed.

    Hi,

    When last time update it was working? so we can see what difference is causing this issue.

    Thanks for the reply

    the first of januari everything worked fine.

    We first noticed the problems with an order of the 4th of januari but didn`t notice only last week we noticed the problem. We first thought it was a problom of ios for instance but later discoverded that it also happend on a windows platform.

    I hope this is helpfull in someway.

    Ok, can you please save PPOM meta settings once again. And also let me know the specific options which are missing in order?

    Hello,

    Due to a reply of you on another post I have stopped some plugins that weren`t compatabile whit wordpress 5.03

    YTH multiple checkout
    Export woocommerce
    Loco translate

    Then cleared the cache and optimized the database.
    Did a test order by myself and everything came through on the confirmation mail.

    For the time being I will leave deactivated until they are updated except the multistep checkaout which i should use by law. so i will install another one which is compatibel for wordpress 5.03
