I bought the developer version of the plugin with the intention of creating a form and linking it to a database so that logged in users could update values as time went on. I was ultimately unsuccessful because I had difficulty understanding how to implement this and I ran out of time in the 60 day support window. So I would like to at least be able use the form with data saved in the user’s browser via cookies.
This seems to work until the form is submitted & emailed, then the data is cleared. Is there a way to preserve the data after the form is submitted? Or is there a way to email without clearing the form data?

    Hello @pedro-magnifico,

If you want the logged users can access to the forms, and they be pre-filled with the information submitted by the users, you simply should follow the steps below:

    1. Activate the “Users Permissions” add-on in the settings page of the plugin.

    2. Go to the form’s settings, and configure it as follows:

    – Configure the form to be accessible only by registered users.
    – Tick the checkbox that limit the form to be submitted only one time per user.
    – Finally, tick the checkbox that allow the user edit the data submitted previously.

    and that’s all.
    Best regards.

    Hello

Your instructions did not work, assuming I implemented them correctly.

I loaded a fresh install of the developers version of the plugin into a website

I used one of the premade forms but deleted the predefined values

I activated the user permissions add on

I set the checkboxes as you instructed

I placed the form in a new page

I filled out the form and submitted. When I return to the page with the form, fields are cleared out.
