 * Hi,
 * I’m unable to save the changes I made on the “Discussions Settings” Page at options-
   discussion.php. Anyway idea why? Once I clicked “Save Changes”, it will bring
   me to “wp-admin/options.php” Page with the error message:
 * “Not Found
    Apologies, but we were unable to find what you were looking for. 
   Perhaps searching will help.”
 * I’ve recently upgraded to the latest WP and I’m not receiving email notification
   about new comments either. Something’s wrong but I’ve no idea how to fix it. 
   Please help.

 * I’ve just recently upgraded my wp to wp 3.0.1 and I’m still having this same 
   problem. Can anyone point me in the right direction please?

 * If I go directly to the wp-admin/options.php, I can’t save that page either!!
   and get the same error message below:

 * Do you have any redirection plugins installed or any rewrites in your code (from
   any custom pst type installations?)

 * I’ve never used any redirection plugins or any rewrites in my code. So not sure
