# options-discussion.php problem

 * when i try to access wp-admin/options-discussion.php it acts if it doesn’t exist,
   and all other options pages exist. The file is there, after i found it doesn’t
   work, i deleted it and reuploaded it to my site. Anyone know whats wrong?

 * Consider using [phpMyAdmin](http://codex.wordpress.org/phpMyAdmin) to make sure
   your `wp_options` table has the correct values in `siteurl` and `home`.
 * `siteurl` is your WordPress address (URI) and `home` is your Blog Address (URI).
 * You might want to logout and delete your wp-content/cache folder also.

 * i deleted cache folder, and the siteurl is correct.
    what is there a way do change
   options in disscussion options through phpmyadmin?

 * I also have this problems. I got an 403 error when trying to access wp-admin/
   options-discussion.php file.
    The file exists and the permissions are ok.

 * I found the problem.
 * My hosting provider has a list forbiden words. One of this is the word “proxy”.
 * I changed the word “proxy” by “p” and then starts to work fine.
 * I hope this help others.
