Options are not visible on front-end and admin

    Hi,

    I installed this plug in on one my staging server, noticed that plugis are not visible in the admin area also on the front-end.

    Checked with the database,plugin values are stored, still not visible on the both sides.

    Hello,

    Try to disable other plugins also try to use the default WooCommerce theme “Storefront”.

    Also you can install a new clean WordPress in some temporary folder of your server and check if it works.

    Thanks For the quick response,

    I disabled all the plugins,only this plugin and woo-commerce are active currently on this setup.

    Also, options are working fine with other setup of the same server with same plugins and theme : http://217.23.12.152/~woocard/product/test/

    Try to deactivate this plugin and then click the “delete” link to delete all its files and database tables.

    Then install a fresh version of it.

    Yes,
    Just completed the delete plugin process and activated a fresh version of this plugin.
    still result is same.

    Upgrade WordPress and WooCommerce to the latest version.
    Enable the default WooCommerce theme “Storefront”.

    Then install fresh WordPress and WooCommerce with theme “Storefront” in some temporary directory.

    Then compare files of the two WordPress installations with some file comparison program.

    So that you will find the difference.
