I’m sorry to hear you are experiencing this. I tried to replicate this on my local installation and was not able to replicate the issue that you are reporting.
Can you make sure that your Ninja Forms plugins are updated to their latest versions?
Can you then try temporarily deactivating all your plugins that are not Ninja Forms add-ons and switching to a default WordPress theme like Twenty Twenty-two.
You can use the Health Check plugin (https://wordpress.org/plugins/health-check/) to temporarily disable plugins and your theme for a single user session, instead of all users using your site.
If this solves your issue, then the problem was caused by an issue in one of those plugins or your theme. Reactivate them one at a time until the issue returns to determine which plugin is causing the conflict.

I disabled the plugins and found the error: Ninja Forms plugin for Ninfa Form to Pipedrive CRM, when this plugin is active, I can’t configure the options in checkbox forms in ninja forms.
I am trying to talk to someone from the plugin but have had no replies,
Is there any way to resolve it?

I sincerely apologize for the delayed response. Our team does not presently have an integration for Pipedrive CRM.
The issue occurs when a third-party Pipedrive CRM add-on is enabled? While Ninja Forms support is unable to troubleshoot third-party plugins, if their developers have any questions, can you have them reach out to our team? Our support team would be able to connect them with our engineering team.
I am brainstorming this. Outside of making changes when their plugin is momentarily disabled, there is developer documentation regarding how to use custom code in order to populate a list-type field with Options:
