Option Value Form with Links

    Does anyone know how to create a drop down links menu using the options value attribute (example – J-Cena.com look to the left under “Elite Affiliates”)? I know it involves javascript, but I think my javascript coding is messed up. If someone can help, it would be greatly appreciated! THANKS!
