Option to use the german tile server

    Hi Patrick,
    the standard tile server (.org) is really slow for my region (sometimes the map needs 10+ seconds to load every map tile. When i change the tile URL to my local tile server (.de) it loads super fast again (already tried it). Could you maybe implement one more option in the Default Map Style dropdown to switch to “OpenStreetMap Germany” or something. For now i switched to the “OpenStreetMap HOT” style, because it uses the french tile server.

    Actually, I am currently testing the newer version. That will allow you to use any map tile server you want, using a simple filter. Also customizable markers with FontAwesome 5 integration will be introduced. 🙂
