Option to select subsites and exclude ip address?

Hello – I think this is a pretty neat plugin! Thanks for your work on it and you obviously care about making things better for the users! I have two requests that would be helpful (to me, at least):
1) Could you possible include an option to EXCLUDE certain IP addresses? For example, If I want to test what my site looks like from a logged out standpoint, this option would make it super easy as it would allow me to access the site via my IP address!
2) Is there any way to add an option to select which sites this would apply to in a multisite install? Or even have an option that all sites/pages with the main site/domain get the same under construction/coming soon redirect? Otherwise, I have to go through setting up these options/custom redirects on all of the subsites/pages…
