[Resolved] Option to resend account activation email as an end-user

  • Hi. You asked me to post this on your support forum, but I still can’t log in because of the reason I mentioned in my last post.

    If I try to log in, it says my account is not active (the original email didn’t have a link, per my last post – that is fixed now), but there is no option for me to have another activation email sent. You will have to manually activate it for me unless I’m missing something. I am wondering if there is a feature for an end-user to have the activation email resent for this reason.

    Hi,

    Please send me the email or username you’ve used to sign up and we will re-send you the activation link. I think i may activate it manually so you can login faster and post your suggested feature on this section http://www.usersultra.com/support/forums/forum/feature-suggestion/

    We like to hear our users and it would be great if you could post the option to re-send the activation link for front-end users.

    Hi again. I don’t have your email address, so I can’t do that.

    I think the username would have been jboo or jengleking. Can you please activate it so I can post to the forums?

    I have checked in the users and there is nothing like that in the db.

    Did you sign up at http://usersultra.com/support/ or was it on the demo site?

    Please, if you wish to access the forums, there is no record of either of those usernames so, you are free to use one of them to sign up.

    I created another account using a different email address, but still didn’t get an activation email. Please activate username jboo.

    I also cannot login to support at your site and many features of the plugin I purchased do not work – REFUND NEEDED. Please have someone contact me at [ redacted, support is not offered via email, IM or Skype ]. I purchased the pro version to test for a client and the domain I signed up with for the pro version is citysites.com

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the author directly on their site. This includes any discussions about refunds.

    As the author is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. As you are their customer I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
