Option to Link to the Original Uploaded Image?

    In the post Gallery Block(s), we often have many images and we set the resolution to “Thumbnail” to keep page loading times to a minimum. When you click on one of these images, some other Lightbox plugins will load the original uploaded image (attachment image) when launching the Lightbox.

    Your code seems to be loading the same image as used in the Gallery Block. I’ve not found an option to change that, so the workaround at the moment is to set the resolution in the Gallery Block to “Original” which is not ideal on some of our bigger photo rich posts.

    Hi,

    sorry for the very late response. On a first look I think you needed a combined masonry gallery and lightbox plugin. I tried to solve what you requested as well but did not succeed. After I started with the my ‘simple lightbox’ I realised that there are so many excellent plugins around for lightboxes, galleries, etc. that I focussed on other things.
