Option to enable toolbar for visitors..

Could you please add an option to let the admin decide if they want visitors to see the admin toolbar?
I know there is a fix https://wedevs.com/support/topic/admin-bar/
But there are many situations where someone might want make the admin
toolbar visible to all users, rather than just the admin.I’m using WP Symposium Toolbar and because there’s no option in your plugin to let the admin decide if the toolbar should be available to visitors, every time I update WUF
plugin it resets my WP Symposium Toolbar and disables it to visitors.I’m sure there are other situations where a developer might want that menu public, so I think there should be an option to enable or disable it for different users/groups.

I know wp won’t show admin toolbar to public but WP Symposium Toolbar does.
Every time we update your plugin that is canceled, makes the admin toolbar
invisible to public users, visitors.I am allowing everyone to see the admin toolbar, used as a regular menu.

If you want to allow the guest users (those who are not logged in) to see the toolbar then it’s not possible by WP User Frontend. In this case, WPUF overrides WP Symposium Toolbar plugin settings. In this case, can add the following function inside the functions.php file located in the theme.
