Option to disable 'My Apps Passwords'

I’m not sure I see the interest in adding an option for that. As long as there is no app password set, nothing changes.

I understand that you don’t want other admins to see the menu item, but in this case I would recommend you manually remove it from the menu or use a plugin to customize your admin menu. I don’t think this should be an option in the plugin itself.
