    Hey there,

    This plugin is awesome, but I am wondering if there will ever be an option to disable the guest author functionality. I have noticed that if for some reason clicks “create profile”, it removes them from appearing on the front end, even though they are an author of content.

    Just wondering, if we needed that, I think it would be great to have, but if not, it’d be nice to turn it off.

    Thanks for one of many amazing plugins.

  • Just realized why they dissappear…not using the coauthor funciton to retrieve the user object.

    But still, all of our authors and potential authors have to log in to access Edit Flow (Another AWESOME plugin by the way), so in some cases it may be nice to turn it off.

    You can disable guest authors by adding this filter to your theme’s functions.php:

    add_filter( 'coauthors_guest_authors_enabled', '__return_false' );

    Sweet! Thanks.
