 * Hi, I’m creating a free theme that I want to share with visitors on my blog, 
   and I want to make it really good like giving them the options to customize everything
   without going into template codes.
 * My problem is this, I dont know how to make an option page for them because the
   theme Im developing has a featured post from a category ID. I dont want them 
   to have to go into the template code to change it, so I downloaded a few free
   themes to find out how others did it and one of them that I downloaded had an
   option page to insert the name of the featured category. I need to find out how
   to do that… I know its something to do with functions.php could anyone help me
   out?
