    Hello! cordial greetings,

    I thank you and congratulate you for your very good add-on “OptinMonster”, which is part of the Zakra Shop V2 theme that we installed on our new website, has a novelty that is why I am contacting you to ask for your valuable help to solve it.

    Version 2.10.0 of your plugin produces an error on the site, so we have disabled it, but I see that it is needed for the correct functionality of the template.
    How do I resolve this bug?
    Is there already a solution to this error?

    I appreciate your prompt response and I would like to let you know that I performed the update and the error was not resolved.

    I will proceed to open the support ticket as you indicated.

    Why did you mark this case as resolved? When it is actually NOT resolved.

    Hi Erica!

    I was not able to open the support ticket, since I don’t have an account with you, and to create one it is necessary to pay, we are not going to do it yet. I ask you to help me through this forum, please do not put me to go around in another site.

    I confirm that the hosting service, WordPress, theme and plugins are all updated and activated.

    Regarding the update to the latest version of the Optinmonster plugin, I share with you the message that appears in the Plugin Description:

    “Notice: Undefined variable: level in /home/u516640193/domains/tubazar.co/public_html/wp-content/plugins/optinmonster/OMAPI/Menu.php on line 314”

    I will give the details of the error:

    I have installed the Zakra Shop V2 theme for our new website and in general it is fine, it only presents a novelty caused by the Optinmonster plugin, this was checked by deactivating one by one the add-ons of the site and the only one that generated error was yours.

    In the Home and About pages two error messages appear at the top of the header, which I copy below:

    “Deprecated: ¡La función _register_controls ha quedado obsoleta desde la versión 3.1.0! Usa Elementor\Controls_Stack::register_controls() en su lugar. In /home/u516640193/domains/tubazar.co/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5383”

    “Deprecated: ¡La función Elementor\Controls_Stack::_register_controls ha quedado obsoleta desde la versión 3.1.0! Usa Elementor Controls_Stack::register_controls() en su lugar. in /home/u516640193/domains/tubazar.co/public_html/wp-includes/functions.php on line 5383”

    Hi PC!

    I appreciate your reply, but in view of the delay in replying to the previous post in this thread, I opened a new case by sending a message from the contact us form on the OptinMonster site, they replied and we are with the case open. So we will continue on that side.
