# Optimole not working correctly

 * Hello together,
 * Optimole is always saying “We are currently optimizing your images”. I already
   tried disabling thr chache system but its not working. The Lazy load feature 
   is working with the images saved on the webhost. Is it possible, that this plugin
   is not compatible with media folder from joomunited?

 * The reason images are not served by Optimole is because we do not process resources
   that are not direct image links.
 * One of the example links on your website is:
    [https://www.kimundhenrik.de/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpmf_onedrive_download&id=3EB3826214EB466D%2122675&link=true&dl=0](https://www.kimundhenrik.de/wp-admin/admin-ajax.php?action=wpmf_onedrive_download&id=3EB3826214EB466D%2122675&link=true&dl=0)
 * This resource is generated from a PHP script. Optimole needs for the image to
   be direct image URL, for example:
    [https://a.tile.openstreetmap.org/16/35993/19171.png](https://a.tile.openstreetmap.org/16/35993/19171.png)
 * Then it should work without any issues. As it stands right now, it does not qualify
   as an image resource since we can’t determine prior to downloading the URL what
   it contains.
