# Optimole activation

 * Optimole plugin is installed on my website but can not activate it. We have an
   account with optimole under [info@terrantai.com](https://wordpress.org/support/topic/optimole-activation/info@terrantai.com?output_format=md).
   It worked before, but suddendly the plugin was not available any more. I have
   tried several ways to download and reinstall it, and it works fine until then.
   If I press for activation nothing happens, and I need help to fix it.
