# Optimization not working

 * We’ve completed the file check but haven’t been able to load the files. Please
   try clearing your object cache, refresh the page and wait a few seconds to load
   the files, or visit your homepage to trigger the file list to show. If you continue
   to have problems, please open a ticket with our support team.

 * I’m sorry to hear that you’ve experienced an issue while using our plugin!
 * The error message provides some possible resolution steps, most importantly clearing
   the Object Cache and visiting the home page to trigger the discovery of files.
   Can you confirm you’ve taken those steps?
 * Also, please try with the two options for asset loading in Elementor set to Inactive:
