Optimal Settings for RSS Feed based site

Hi all, i’m running a Fantasy Sports New website – http://www.fantasynewsroom.com
with a great deal of content being RSS feeds. I installed WP Super Cache and would like to know the best settings for a site of this nature…The majority of content I have seen so far is not geared towards an aggregator website.
