Opt In To Different Pages

I am trying build a Sales Site and I need help with the Opt in feature.
Basically what I am looking to build is a sales page then I want an opt in form which when it has been filled out the person is sent directly to a second sales page with some more content on it. Can anyone help with plugin or theme suggestions which would alow me to do this? I have tried a few opt in plugins but they all just get the email address to send them emails. They don’t then directly send them to a different page.
