Opt-in front page plugin

    The opt-in front page plugin lets you add posts to your front page on an opt-in basis, rather than remove them on an opt-out basis. Upon activating the plugin, only posts within the category with a slug of ‘blog’ will be displayed on your front page.

    Is it possible to opt-out a category? I have my wordpress blog set up with multiple categories and i’d rather have just one that I can choose to opt out.

    you can use an asides plugin to opt stuff out. when you’ll eventually decide to opt out a second and a third category, however, you’ll curse yourself for not having decided to opt stuff in instead.
