Opt-In (double check) not working

Hi there!

First some details:
I’m using WordPress 3.6 with Subscribe To Comments Reloaded 2.0.3.

Now the problem:
Under options i’ve activated double-check for comments. So every time a mail is sent to the commenter. Whether the user is clicking on the activation link or not, he will receive notification mails for new comments. That makes the double check opt-in useless. 😉

Anybody has the same problem?
Any help?
