    Hi @granatdesign, sorry to hear you’re having issues with the plugin, we definitely want to try to help out. If you’re logged in as an existing subscriber the checkbox will not show up at checkout. However, for new or guest users, the checkbox should show up as expected.

    If you’re still not seeing the checkbox show up under the circumstances as described, it sounds like there may be a conflict somewhere with a plugin or theme. You may want to download the Health Check & Troubleshooting plugin to see if it can spot something:

    Thx for reply.
    Just tested without logging in (good point btw) and unfortunately it still does not show.

    ok tried using Troubleshooting plugin. Everything passed.
    Issue with Troubleshooting is that it has me as logged in so I can’t see if the mailchimp signup shows up or not.

    @granatdesign looking a little further into this – the checkout form SHOULD be firing a hook that would render this particular field.

    By default it’s using woocommerce_after_checkout_billing_form which can also be changed in the plugin settings if your checkout has been altered in any way. It seems as if you might not have a standard checkout? Can you work with the theme developer to add a do_action with this hook name above?
