Opps Page Not Found

i installed an SEO plugin and ever since i installed it one of my posts is not showing up. if you click on the post from the main page it will give me the “page not found” i have uninstalled the plug in and deleted the post, empty the trash and created a new post and still get the same problem. i have tried that several times thinking that something was broken, it just appears right now that it will just not publish a post called intermittent fasting.
