Opinion needed RE: Real estate themes

Hi – I’m brand new to WordPress, and a few things I’m learning the hard way…

I purchased the Manchester theme by Placester, which is suppose to link up with the multi-list website we use. Unfortunately, the multi-list company refuses to cooperate, therefore our current real estate listings will not feed to the WP template. And without it, WP is telling me the Manchester theme will not work properly.

So, I think I pretty much have to scrap using Manchester theme and start over. Because I’m brand new, I really do want the ease of using a template. Can anyone suggest another template that would be useful to the real estate industry, but that doesn’t require a Placester membership, etc?
