Opimizing database tables is hanging – looks like it is still processing 4 hrs

    HI

    I am first time user using your plugin and optimized other areas but when doing the Optimize Database Tables it sits only halfway through .. Has been sitting there with the cursor round circle moving around for the past 4 hours …

    The site is still working, but I am worried if I move away from this page and refresh it, that I will cause an issue with the database. Could it still be doing something in the backend ?

    When it is optimizing using you plugin, is the live site still working and this optimisation is working behind the scenes ?

    Can this cause an issue with the database ?

    What is causing this to take forever ? How long should it take ?

    I’m in the same boat. I’ve gotten way to many tables beyond what is normal. I attribute this to WooCommerce which I’ve dumped.

    Trying a table cleanup per my host and the optimize is running on and on and on. This is Version 2.3.3

    Any help would be appreciated.

    Is there no-one available from this plugin support to help us with our issue with this plugin ?

    Any help would be greatly appreciated.

    Otherwise I may have to try another plugin.

    Sorry for the delay!

    Do you see any JS errors in the browser developer console?

    Could you please try to deactivate other plugins one by one also switch the theme to default twenty nineteen and see if the problem still exists?
