    G’day bibek27,

Does that happen repeatedly? If so, you should speak to your website host about it. It’s a connectivity problem between your website and eWAY.

    cheers,

    Hi,

I have just contacted the web server they replied,

The reason this plugin isn’t operating as expected is because of our apache timeout script. Any process that takes over 60 seconds to execute on the server is killed by our internal processes for security and scalability reasons. I would recommend asking the developer of the plugin if there are means of parsing out the processes into smaller batches so that they won’t be killed by this script.

Is there some help that I can get from you to solve this issue?

    Thanks

If it’s taking over 60 seconds, it’s probably failing to connect. That points at a problem with the server, possibly a firewall preventing outgoing connections. Can you ask your host if there’s anything they are doing that would prevent outgoing connections to eWAY?

Also, please answer Q1 from above: does it happen repeatedly, or just occasionally?

    cheers,

Also, please advise your web host that they error message shows that it is a connection problem, as I said in my first response, and not a script termination. The error message is produced from my (still executing) code, not from the PHP process being terminated.

I’d be happy to discuss with them directly if they want to — point them at my support form.

    cheers,
    Ross

The problem is occasionally and sometime more frequently.
    my plugin version is 1.7.0
    Gravity form version 1.9.13

    Thank you

v1.7.0 came out in 2014; maybe time to update!

However, that won’t solve your problem, which is a connection problem. You need to speak to your website host about that. I have not heard from them yet, BTW. It sounds like a problem within their network though, nothing I can do about that.

    cheers,
    Ross
