    KNews is missing an important feature: displaying the opening rate.
    I advised my boss to use this plugin, bought the pro version, and now they want to know how many emails were read, and I can’t provide this data.

    “Could not be read” … what is that? I have 2% that could not be read. Does this mean I have an opening rate of 98%?

    Hello!

    If you are bought Knews Pro, use the Priority Support form inside Knews!

    The cant read are the amount of users that clicked the “can’t read” link.

    Knews gives you the opening rate in base to the clicks to any link, there is, if an user doesn’t click nothing in the newsletter, doesn’t mark as a read

    We will add soon (as option) a tracking code in a image URL
